Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the www.jwsmotor.works website operated by J B Motorworks Ltd T/A JWS (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
To purchase from us you must be reside in the United Kingdom or Southern Ireland, Currently, we can only ship to the United Kingdom and Southern Ireland. By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers). We will not use your details for other purposes without asking your consent and you may ask that your details be removed from our systems by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, this is not the confirmation provided automatically via the site, and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Prices are checked regularly but if we find the price has changed when we receive your order, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed.
All prices and offers are subject to change and availability, errors and omissions excepted and subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT is charged on all items (including carriage) at a rate of 20% unless a product is VAT exempt. Prices shown excluding VAT are only a guide and no accuracy is intended.
Delivery
We will acknowledge all questions or queries within a maximum period of 48 hours Monday – Friday.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us, but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If a mobile number is supplied then the courier will text you on the day of delivery. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments. Any items that are out of stock will be placed on back order and notified on your receipt. If we have not delivered the goods within 30 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract. We will refund any money paid by you. J B Motorworks Ltd T/A JWS will request all goods are left with a signature for proof of delivery.
Should you request that the goods be left without a signature J B Motorworks Ltd T/A JWS will take no responsibility if the package goes missing. By requesting that the goods are left without a signature the customer is taking full reliability for there safety.
Returns
Non-bespoke items are returnable for exchange if the size is incorrect or where permission has been given, we do reserve the right to refuse to exchange or return. A £5.00 carriage charge is applied to all returns.

Please enclose a copy of the original invoice with clear instructions as to what you need i.e. replacement, different size or colour or credit, with your contact details.
We will exchange items that are returned in a resalable condition within 28 days of receipt and refund those returned within 14 days – All returns are at your cost and the original carriage will not be refunded

Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
